How is everyone doing?

Our restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes prepared with the finest ingredients.
In this issue, we introduce our specialty, yakitori (grilled chicken) and cold cooked chicken.
 
◇We are proud of our Japanese cuisine, which is full of deliciousness.
Our yakitori is made from Suigo red chicken from Chiba Prefecture, Shingen chicken from Yamanashi Prefecture, Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture, and Date chicken from Fukushima Prefecture, and is prepared in a way that brings out the best of each chicken. We select the freshest chicken we can find every day, and our artisans carefully grill it so that it is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The fragrant smell also wafts through the air, whetting your appetite. In addition, the "Nanairo Short Course" allows you to savor the flavors of each part of the chicken, such as gizzards, chicken gizzards, and seseri. Each skewer is a blissful dish that spreads the flavor in your mouth. Please enjoy sharing with your friends at your gatherings.

We are also proud of our cold takimiawase, a dish that combines the flavor of fresh vegetables and carefully prepared soup stock. This dish, which looks beautiful with its colorful presentation, uses a lavish amount of colorful vegetables, allowing you to enjoy a different flavor with each bite. The combination of vegetables changes with the seasons, providing customers with new surprises and excitement. This dish is perfect as a small snack, so please enjoy it with a drink.
